Happy Holidays Update
Since my last update, I've been working on cosplay and writing projects on my own when I can. Unfortunately, I've been crazy swamped with work for the past two months. Plus, Dragon Age: Inquisition came out.
I finished Winter Angel Hikaru for Konkon Cosplay Photoshoots' Peddler's Village shoot in New Hope, Pennsylvania. It was a cute place with some nice shops. I'd like to go back sometime just for shopping. I split my time getting pictures with people and then warming up in the shops. But I was so excited to hang out with people I hadn't seen in so long that I didn't really do any shopping.

Support diversifying the cosplay discussion!
I've set up a Patreon for people to support a new project I'm working on: a series of articles about the cosplay community, cosplayers, cosplay photographers, social issues, etc.
Patreon is a crowdfunding platform. Whereas Kickstarter is for bigger, one-time projects, Patreon enables fans to support a creator who makes regular, recurring content. All you need is a Facebook account or an email address plus a debit/credit card or a Paypal account. If you've become my patron, at the end of the month you're billed for the amount you've pledged per article. You can cancel at any time, so it's not like you're locked in to be my patron for the rest

Otakon started off to a rocky -- no, a mountainous -- start. I heard that there were WiFi issues, and now I'm hearing it was something else entirely that caused Otakon staffers to be unable to pull up people's information quickly, but it shows that Otakon needs to do something different. Whether that means using a different infrastructure or switching to mailing out pre-reg badges, that's up to them (though I vote for t
A Successful E3
I went to my first E3 as a member of the press, and it was a crazy experience! Parts of it sucked -- mainly it being on the west coast and my internal clock being off, plus EA's horrendously loud trailers playing at their booth and their bright lights shining in my face while I waited for the Dragon Age: Inquisition demo. Overall, it was a fantastic experience! I love working hard, and I also love meeting lots of cool people involved in making games!
